Ryce Hailes

Ryce is currently a masters student with the Community Resilience Group, where she is working on a project with the Conservation and Biodiversity Group studying how the community perceives waterbird conservation and restoration of nesting islands. Ryce received her Bachelor's degree in biology from TAMU-CC in 2025. As an undergraduate, Ryce worked with the Coral Reef and Ocean Health Group. 

During her free time, Ryce enjoys surfing, traveling, running, spending time in nature, and relaxing with a good book.
